A couple weeks ago I had the honor of welcoming the Pepper Home team to Charleston with an intimate dinner at my home. So. Much. Fun. From installing custom curtains, scheming the tablescape, dreaming up florals to actually welcoming guests. It felt so good to do something creative {and that I truly love} since having baby Clarke! The entire day I kept saying ‘I just feel so much like ME’. Not that I don’t feel that way everyday with my son, just hadn’t seen that version/side of myself in a while – and that was nice.
It ended up being a perfectly, drizzly evening. April showers really do make for the coziest indoor dinner settings. And Mary Kathryn captured the evening beautifully!
Intro to Pepper
If you’re unfamiliar with the brand, Pepper Home is a female-founded home product line that specializes in customizable made to order pillows + curtain panels. They pride themselves on being designed + manufactured within the US, and probably most impressively – provide delivery within ONE WEEK. Yes, one week for custom home furnishings. It’s truly unheard of. The brand is really shaking up the home interior space, and it’s been so fun to see them grow tremendously within the short amount of time I’ve worked with them.
Loved how their custom curtains brought our guest bedroom to life in a fun way! Beyond drapery, they also have an expansive line of pillows, shower curtains, table linens and other small accessories. Their sweet cosmetic pouches were used as place cards for dinner!
The Dining Room
It wouldn’t have been a Pepper Home event, without Pepper Home in the room! I haven’t had a chance to fully scheme and plan out this room just yet, so it was the perfect blank slate to work with! We decided to install Lee Curtains with white pom pom trim on all the windows. Along with PH on the table with the Mirabella print on the main linen, corresponding Lee napkins and ‘everything pouches‘ for each guest to top it all off.

The Sitting Room
For the adjacent room (aka our formal ‘Sitting Room’) we went wanted to showcase a mix of textures, colors + prints. You’ll find Eden Pink on the center round table, along with Mauve Velvet + Suzy Rose on the Fern Velvet window seat. And Daphne Rose with more Fern Velvet on the settee. So fun to see this temporary scheme come to life in the room! Gave me some inspiration and good food for thought as to what direction we’ll take this room in future – including a possible re-arranging of the furniture!
