Furthermore, I know many of you may be planning a Valentine’s getaway, or even just a spring escape from the harsh winter months. Wishing that was me about now! If that’s the case, this darling red + pink outfit is just for you! Although a good ‘ol red + pink outfit always suits – anytime of year in my opinion.
This pleated skirt is just too perfect for us petite gals. The cut and length can’t be beat. I often find ‘drop-waist’ styles don’t suit my body, and was half expecting this one to be the same. I just loved the poppy color so much I went ahead and ordered it regardless on the off chance it might work – to my surprise, it’s perfect! Can’t wait to wear it around town in spring/summer as well with a silky tank or casual tee. The blue hue is just as lovely – my favorite summertime color, sooooo I may just have to get both. That’s ok right?!
Can we talk about valentine’s earrings for a sec?! This holiday just makes it toooo fun not to play up your head jewels! From these uh-mazing giant floral buds which also come in a smaller size {which I’ve worn on repeat constantly this past year – I actually ended up having to order a second pair because I lose my original set!}, to this darling pearl hearts by Ever Alice. I’ve seen so much epically GOOD earrings for v-day that are just begging to get into your jewelry box. I mean, this sweet pave hearts by Kate Spade, too! Gahhhh so many goodies.
