In the world of beauty, the options are truly endless when it comes to brush selection + product. Today I’m teaming up with EcoTools + Burt’s Bees to share with y’all my ‘typical’ easy breezy make-up routine.
STEP 1: face prep with moisturizer {always}
STEP 2: apply foundation with the EcoTools Stippling Brush
STEP 3: {optional} + not something I do everyday, but apply under eye concealer with your fingers tips or a brush if you prefer
STEP 4: apply a setting powder {I prefer loose powder} with the EcoTools Large Powder Brush
STEP 5: add bronzer directly underneath your cheekbone + at your hairline with the EcoTools Bronzer Brush
STEP 6: apply your favorite blush to the apples of your cheeks with the EcoTools Blush Brush
STEP 7: apply highlight to the upper check bone area with the EcoTools Deluxe Fan Brush
STEP 8: use the EcoTools Custom Coverage Buffing Brush to buff out your cheeks – this helps blend the colors so you’re not seeing any harsh lines
STEP 9 + 10: mascara – a girl’s best friend, + add a pop of color {the finishing touch} with Burt’s Bees new Lip Crayon {I’m wearing ‘Redwood Forest‘}! These babies are so silky and end with a great matte finish that’s not dry. You can always add a gloss layer for extra shine.
These eco-friendly {everything from the bristles to the 80% recycled paper packaging} brushes are serious SO soft – highly highly recommend if you’re in search of an affordable {but amazing} brush set. All available at your local Walmart!

Two of my favorite brands! I’ll have to pick up some of that Burt’s Bee’s balm, those colors are pretty!
