When I’m not actually pulling myself together in jeans + blouses or dresses + jumpsuits, leggings + pullover sweaters are my favorite go-to ensemble right now. Who’s with me? They just feel like fall – YUM! And if you work from home you know there’s nothing worst than sitting at a desk in jeans all day.

Possibly my favorite of the bunch. There’s something oh-so-cozy about a half zip pullover. Many of which are made out of wool, sherpa or shearling – some of the coziest fabrics to bundle up in during these cooler weather temps! Pair with leggings and sneakers for an athleisure look that’s perfect for the airport, travel, hiking or walks around town. I also love a half zip paired with a simple pair of jeans and flats for errands. A few of my favorite stores for half zip pullover sweaters include Abercrombie + Backcountry.

We all have them. The most ‘basic’ of  pullovers; typically with a crew cut neckline and long sleeves. Your crew neck pullovers are perfect for layering. Add a button-down underneath, and you’ve got the perfect prep-inspired ensemble. Pop a cardigan on overtop and you’ll have yourself a practical, winter ensemble that will keep you warm and toasty. Some of my favorite brands for this style include J Crew + 525 America.

I call this option the chicest of pullover sweaters. They come in all shapes + colors to pair with a multitude of bottoms. Keep it casual with an oversized option like this Old Navy number, paired with leggings and flats. Or jazz it up with a skirt and heels. The mock neck pullover is versatile piece that’s bound to have lots of uses in your closet.

Aside from pullover sweaters, what are your other favorite fall trends right now?
