Situated in parts of ‘old Miami’ you’ll find grand home with oversized doors, and quaint apartment stoops that are filled with character. Goral Gables in particular in my favorite area of town that comes to mind. Along with all of its’ modern upgrades, The Gables still maintains a sense of charm with its’ cobble stone pathways and overgrown greenery.

An authentic french macaroon is hard to come by in Miami, but the owners of Janette & Co. are just that! The husband and wife co-owners are both from France and pride themselves on creating fresh, unique desserts daily. My personal favorites include the vanilla + black currant.

As much as I wish I could say I’ve actually been to Paris {womp womp}, I can still get a sense of Parisian flair through books, magazines, fashion + even in my own backyard – Miami! Miami is such a colorful melting pot of so much culture, Parisian influence oozes it’s way in here + there. So today I’ve teamed up with Maison Jules to show you around a few Parisian inspired spots, along with some of my favorite #MJPiecesofParis ensembles!
My first look is a classic white dress, paired with black accessories. I kept things low-key with embellished flats, but the dress could easily be dressed up with heels. Look two is a causal, yet put together take on running errands {when in Paris…macaroons. Yes, please}. Shorts + a sleeveless tank is something nearly any woman of any age can pull off – it’s all about finding the right short length that works for you, and having fun mixing patterns + colors! And last but not least, my third look is a colorful, sophisticated ensemble {perfection for the floral shop, no?} with a pineapple skirt + vintage bow blouse. I paired this duo with neutral, modern finishes to polish off the look.
Which is your fave?!
I love them all!! You look Fabulous Kristin!!! <3

I love the first look so much! Great dress and shoes. And that blue patterned skirt is so adorable!

The first look is so graceful! However, I love the vibrant hues & patterns featured in the final ensemble. Also, the black currant macarons seem so decadent.
Happy Thursday!
