Today I’m honored to be teaming up with Miracle Gro to share how flowers influence my everyday style throughout the year! I really am a blooms kind of girl. Someone {i.e. my boyfriend} could not buy me anything materialistic for a special occasion, but a bouquet of flowers is everything…tulips preferred. They’re one of those things that instantly puts a smile on my face, turns my day around, and are a constant reminder throughout the week of that person’s love or affection. Not to mention, add a little pizzaz to my neutral office space!
For this particular post I’ve taken inspiration from Pantone’s color of this year, which is after all, named after a flower – Radiant Orchid! Whether you’re looking for a pop of color to add to your wardrobe in the form of an accessory or use the hue for your overall ensemble, these pieces are the perfect addition to your closet. You may have had hesitation to experiment with radiant orchid earlier this year, but with spring around the corner it’s time to bust out the color and incorporate it into your personal style! Make it a point to take inspiration from the natural beauty around you, which can be found in a variety {ok, let’s be honest} ALL flowers! Take the Iris with hints of lavender and yellow or the Sunflower with bursts of orange and yellow – blooms are a constant source of inspiration for fashion designers sending their collections down the runway, so there’s no reason they shouldn’t be an inspiration for you as well!
We are so in love with radiant orchid too! Gorgeous pumps and TB bag! Thanks for sharing.
