Work It Out

I know it’s so clique – the whole work-out ‘new years resolution’ – but hey, whatever gets you motivated! I’m honestly really proud of myself; over the past few weeks I’ve been making more of a conscious effort to get my butt back in the gym on a regular basis {NOT my most favorite thing}. When I was in college, my physique was so much more of a priority. Nowadays, work, home stuff, just life in general seems to distract me from the need to take better care of my body. Alas, I’m making more of an effort + that’s what counts.

These past few days have been a continuous string of workouts on the slopes, {whoop whoop} so my mission continues! Express’ new EXP Core workout gear has been great for suiting up underneath my ‘snow-suit’; it breaths easily and is flexible throughout the day. Not to mention it’s quite stylish to throw on for a few quick errands around the mountain.
