‘Tis the season, y’all! I can’t tell you know excited I was to deck the halls full of Charleston Christmas decor this year. New house, endless possibilities of non-stop holiday cheer. You know that feeling when you get to decorate a new space for the first time?! Ahhhhh. So many options. Tree here, tree there. Garland, candles, bulbs and vases oh my!
I’ve always stuck to my white, silver + gold decor theme, but 2017 has been the year of the fresh garland in our home. Something I’ve always wanted to have, but never felt I could justify the cost for such a short-term luxury. I was over the moon when I reached out to Wimberly Fair {the very same florist for our wedding!!} to style our Charleston Christmas decor with fresh greenery, and she agreed! Her garland has truly brought so much joy to our home over the last few weeks, and has received dozens of compliments from holiday party guests. She incorporated a mix of fresh pine, ivy, silver bells and a few other elements to add layers of texture to her floristry – a true artist!
