The Hat Lady

I’m not typically one to wear hats. I always think they look cute on, but when it comes to actually wearing something on my head out of the house…that’s another story. While in San Francisco I was shopping near Haight-Ashbury {p.s. THE. BEST. vintage/thrifting scene I’ve ever experienced}, I stumbled across this beauty and it was just calling my name – hello, it’s garnet && has a bow! Not to mention with a price tag of $5.50…honestly, whether you’re a hat lady of not, who could pass that up?!

I chose to wear my new found treasure during a gloomy/drizzly day touring Domaine Chandon {more to come on that}, which could not have been more fitting for the weather. Not sure how often I’ll be able to wear this baby in South Florida, but I may just need to find every excuse possible to whip it out of my closet in the fall/winter months.
