I have been secretly gushing over my wedding photos for the last few months {can’t wait to share more with y’all on that front}, trying to decide the best way(s) to preserve the truly unforgettable memories from our special day. A task which, in all honestly, can be a bit daunting! Sifting through hundreds of photos, all of which seem equally amazing, is pretty overwhelming. At least it was for me. Until I finally let go a bit and decided to go with my gut, to choose the photos that gave me that initial emotional reaction. The pictures that put a smile on my face, and instantly brought me back to April 24th, 2016 when we was surrounded by all of our loved ones, reading handwritten vows committing to one another as husband and wife, and all the little details and mishaps that made the day so magical. After-all, they say a picture is worth a thousand words.
Luckily, Shutterfly has countless options to choose from when preserving your most precious wedding memories. Everything from beautiful hard cover photobooks + single prints to personalized stationary + mugs, there’s something to suit your and your loved ones needs. With Christmas quickly approaching, sharing these memories with our family is the perfect gift for everyone. Mom wants a photobook, Grandma wants an 8×10 of the two of us, Nana wants a bridal portrait, the list goes on and on. Not that I’m complaining! It just goes to show, that Shutterfly offers the perfect solutions to my shopping list.
I opted for two very different styles of photobooks – a crushed silk cover book for Mom, along with a linen photo window cover for my Mother-in-Law and countless framable prints for our home, grandparents, aunts/uncles and friends. Each option with that specific person in mind, so it feels personalized and thoughtful. Most of our family haven’t even seen the majority of our wedding photos, so I can’t wait to see the look on their faces {via Skype this year since we’ll be in Europe}! The ‘book making’ process was seamless, and I loved all the pre-set layouts – made things so much easier/faster since I wasn’t having to design the book page by page on my own, but rather uploaded images and plopped them in!
This post is sponsored by Shutterfly. Memorable moments, lovely details. Celebrate them all in a wedding photo book personalized in your style, your way.
Lovely. I can’t imagine what my wedding day will feel like but yours looks magical and yes, Shutterfly is amazing like that. My mom always makes albums on Shutterfly 🙂
