This Autumn Colored Checkered Wrap Coat is just dreamy. I thought it was a little big at first, but with a cinched waist and adjustable collar, it’s perfection. Definitely size down when purchasing. How to style for Day vs. Evening

Style for Day: Opt for a lighter wash skinny jean {as seen above}, or even a color denim like cognac or khaki. Pair with either a low bootie or flat for casual daytime activities. Since you’re going for a more laid back approach, you can totally get away with a more oversized handbag option. Consider a bucket bag or even tote to carry all your essentials. Lastly, add a soft neutral lip – burt’s bees lip crayons are always my go-to for daytime wear. Check out ‘santorini sunrise’ for a great pinky-nude!

Style for Evening: Go with a black skinny jean! Pair with a heeled bootie or close toed pump, along with a sleeker crossbody of clutch. Look to maybe add some gold hardware to your handbag choice, like I’ve styled with this Black Cape ensemble. Opt for a darker/richer lip for evening. Check out Tom Ford’s ‘bruised plum’ {one of my ALL TIME favorites} or Stila’s Liquid Lipstick hues for a vibrant matte pop.
