Beach Ready Essentials // Living In Color PrintBeach season is practically upon us, so I wanted to put together a little round-up with some of my fave beach essentials! Things I can’t go without on a beach trip. Some of these I may use pre-beach, at-beach, or post-beach. I have personally used each and every product and love them all!

1. Sunnies | Karen Walker
Second to sunscreen, I don’t think I need to elaborate on the fact that sunglasses are key to an enjoyable beach day. Karen Walker can do no wrong when it comes to fun sunnies, love. them. all.

2. Floppy Sun Hat | Tropical Trends
Every beach outing must be equipped with a sun hat and this floppy hat with colored rim is just the one for me. Available is multiple colors!

3. White Maxi Skirt | Splendid
A maxi is a given comfort at the beach. They’re light and airy, perfect for breezy days.

4. Sandals | Steve Madden
A cute sandal ads a touch of style to your beach look – loving Steve Madden’s current collection.

5. Beach Tote | Hayden Reis
Every beach goer needs a tote bag; how else are you going to carry all this stuff?! Hayden Reis has the cutest, most durable totes I’ve ever seen {no, literally}. Her designs are adorable, and I love that there’s a million pockets on the inside to hold small items like my chapstick, phone, and keys.

6. Spray Sunscreen | Hawaiian Tropic
Number one essential here people – protect your skin. I’ve only recently been all about the spray on sunscreen – what the heck was I doing with my beach life before?! It’s 10x easier to apply and dries practically on contact, not to mention it doesn’t have that slimy, lotion-y feel. Isn’t that the worst when you’re already baking in the sun? Yuck.

7. Spray Dry Shampoo | Suave
I’ve tried numerous dry shampoos and believe it or not, I always come back to the Suave professionals spray version. It’s probably one of the cheapest beauty products you can by and is available at any general drugstore, walmart, target, etc. Smells amazing {citrus} and works like a charm.

8. Powder Dry Shampoo | BlowPro
I’m usually a spray fan when it comes to dry shampoo, however the BlowPro powder version is perfect for traveling! I love that it doesn’t leave a yucky residue in your hair and meshes nicely with your hair so it doesn’t look white or ashy.

9. Facial Towelettes | Yes to Cucumbers
Keep a fresh face after your beach trip with travel size face towelettes to prevent your pores from clogging with all the sunscreen and oils you’ve just applied.
