I was thrilled when I was able to not only see the Reem Acra show, but also to have a personal escort take me to my seat…wooooah. Courtesy of DHL. I was honestly somewhat unfamiliar with the designer, so I did some quick research in anticipation of what I was about to see – getting super excited I might add! Not to mention I caught a glimpse of Ms. Olivia Palermo and Ramona Singer before my attention was turned to the runway.
Can you say Oscar’s?! The ‘Strong Feminine’ inspired collection was absolutely breathtaking; hence my ‘I just got chills’ tweet following the finale. Beginning with a fitted (HOT) hunter green leather dress followed by sequin minis, dramatic cut-outs, and liquid bead gowns, Reem Acra’s collection was stunning – virtually every woman’s dream.
