Y’all know I’m 100% a dress girl, and while I pretty much adore all silhouettes of dresses, there are few that just stop you in your tracks. Insert this pink twirl dress. As I was paroozing through Shopbop’s new arrivals, Rhode Resort’s cuts + colors really stood out. Talk about resort wear heaven. So many vibrant colors, patterns + shapes!

I settled on this pink twirl dress for my first purchase of the brand, and could not be more pleased. I will note, the Ella Dress does have quite a bit of fabric, but with adjustable tie belt helps tame it down a bit. And I personally love that billowy feel of a dress. It’s so light, airy and comfortable.

On another note – I don’t know about you, but I feel like this year is already flying by. My Mom and I were already talking about this year’s Christmas plans earlier last week…bananas. Meanwhile, I’m trying to keep my head on straight for the next couple weeks. Being a good busy is always a double-edge sword. Love having fun projects on the books {don’t get me wrong!}, but goodness, sometimes I have a tough time juggling all the awesome work + personal. Anyone with me on that front?

Kristin! Your photos are seriously gorgeous. they’re making me want to plan a spring trip to charleston next year!

Do it girlfriend!! Spring is THE BEST time of year to visit – everything is in bloom, it’s warmer up but not too hot. It’s everything. 😀
