I generally prefer to showcase my looks with outdoor lighting, but when ‘Nemo’ {apparently weather people name blizzards as well as hurricanes? Who knew!} hit the Big Apple the last thing I felt like doing was standing out in the arctic freeze posing for the camera…sorry guys. Alas, the Jack Rogers showroom proved to be the perfect indoor backdrop for this soft color palette. I’m somewhat obsessed with this whole blush + nude combo right now. I’m actually re-doing my home office with the colors – can’t wait to show y’all! For Day 2 of my trip I wore a pair of blush pink skinnies, printed metallic t-shirt blouse, and a light sheen/metallic blazer – all this with nude pumps. I think it’s got a soft, romantic kind of feel to it and definitely on point with the look I was going for.

TIP: When pairing neutrals, be careful not to choose shades that won’t wash you out. Pick slightly differentiating hues in order to create some contrast.

Absolutely gorgeous and classy.I desperately need a K pendant for myself. Perhaps a late Valentine’s gift to myself? 😉

Have a great weekend!

Those colors look great together! I think the naming of blizzards is especially amusing because all of the names are so ridiculous – there was also a Gandalf earlier this year.
