Fall is officially here, but doesn’t quite feel like it just yet in many parts of the US. Especially the south. Phew, I’m still sweating my fanny off every day, all while trying to rock ‘fall fashions’. Having a good Fall Transitional Outfit {or 10} in your wardrobe is key for still being fashionable, but also practical about the weather. For those of you living it up in 60 degree weather, this outfit could totally still apply to you. Simply throw on a light trench coat to layer it up. I scooped up this blush trench recently, and loveeee it. It’s the perfect feminine outerwear piece for transitioning.

Thankfully I’ll be in Colorado next week to take in all the real fall feels! Gahhh, I can’t wait. My Mom, Sister + I are doing a mini getaway through the mountains to do some official ‘leaf peeping’. Do you know that after growing up in CO and driving through the mountains to view the changing of the leaves year after year {it really is one of my cherished childhood memories}, I never heard it referred to a ‘leaf peeping’ until this year! Haha. How crazy is that?! Do y’all call it that?! It sounds like a really weird {and maybe kind of creepy} past time…but it’s an official term country wide. Who knew!
